One of two ways to cross the South Pacific in smaller aircraft like the TBM 930, the other being the naval station of San Felix (SCFX) to the north. But this has a smaller runway and is more challenging. From here you can either head east towards South America or west to Easter Island.
Changes
- Rwy14 start is on apron behind new threshold
- Parking reduced from 6 to 4 and upscaled to GA_Medium 9m wing radius
Additions
- Chilean flag next to terminal for additional windage
- Boat dock west of airport
Fixes
- Runway straightened and aligned. Due to improper ortho projection the runway surface appears bent on the ground textures. It pokes out from under the straight runway but I added a grass apron to hide it
- Rwy14 threshold moved up as shown on Google maps. This shortens the runway to 960m landing distance in this direction
- REIL added to Rwy14
- APAP both sides added to Rwy14. Unsure of placement as APD still shows Rwy14 at 1007m length but they did specify slope lights 100m from threshold so I placed them 100m from the new threshold as well
- Taxi lines updated
- Windsock placed according to APD
- Trees removed from this section of the island
- CTAF added

Thanks! Some of aircrafts are able to fly there and back. But still a lot of aircraft no, So I will fly there 😊 - take a fuel, and continue to the west and I will hope to reach SCIP

Hi, thank for your airport! I would like to cross the ocean and use your airport:
SCIR Isla Robinson Crusoe Airport. But my question is, if it si possible to get at the aiport in real JET A1 for TBM 930. Thank you!

I don’t recall for sure but I don’t see why it wouldn’t. I don’t think any planes small enough to land there would have the range to make it back to where it came from without refueling
