KTCL Tuscaloosa Roll Tide Country. The airport dosen't get much air traffic in the sim, but flightaware indicate that they get a few flights daily. I have let the sim run for more than 24 hours and only saw one cessna, but I don't thik it ever took off and today I saw a Cathay Pacific 737 taking off (this is just a regional airport, so should have not been there). Tucsaloosa is the home of the University Of Alabama and on Crimson Tide game day, the airport is so full that they use one of the runways for parking.
I have included static GA aircraft so the airport dosen't seem so empty. I created this scenery a long time ago for FSX and later upgraded for P3D. My source of information is mainly Google earth, so some item are probably outdated. The textures used, came from Textures dot com. The only problem with static aircraft is that the sim dosen't realize the parking spot is not available, this is why you see double aircraft parked in parking spots. My work around is just delete the parking spot, so it's not available.
To install, unzip and copy the folder jd-airport-ktcl-tuscaloosa to your community folder.
Enjoy and go Roll Tide

Great add on. Good textures, all the buildings look good. Being my home airport I'm very glad you made such a good rendition.

Nice file!
I control in ZTL and the more airports that have good scenery, the more they're used!
The training staff often fly KTCL-KGAD when approach radar trainees are being monitored. The cessna you saw was one of those 😊

Very nice! Where did you find the open hangars? Really helps show some life! Other developers should follow that lead! Too many MSFS airports have all the hangars closed and they look like a ghost town.

I make all of the 3d models in my sceneries using Google Earth as reference for the footprint and estimated heights. I try to make what I see, and it does make the airport looks like it's being used.
