Several months ago I began to work on rebuilding KGJT, one of my all-time favorite airports in the world. After starting a new job and generally having a lot less time to dedicate to learning the SDK, I stopped work on the scenery. I am uploading my project in hopes that some talented scenery creator will take the reigns and finish rennovating this spectacular airport!
Many hours were spent terraforming the area, but there is still more to be done, especially near the GA hangers on the southwest side of the airport. Some of the maintenance hangar areas and part of the main apron have been detailed, all with stock MSFS assets.
I am very excited to see where this project goes! I only ask to be credited somewhere in the readme.

Hey everyone, so just started working on KGJT after I updated some of my other airports with the SDK update in SU8. The state of the SDK prior was so bad it made it very difficult to work.
I just finished applying custom DEM data from USGS, and updated all the runway configurations. I need to finish the scenery around the airport now, I feel like I can make good progress here for an initial release this month.

My favorite airport in the US to explore from. Thanks for making a "K" airport. I wish more people would finish the K airports before doing all the other non-K airports.

Just a quick update, I did start picking up where @liamp51 left off this weekend. There were some issues with one of the tools I use after SU6. I have no timeframe on when I'll do an initial release. If I had to take a guess maybe before the end of the year the earliest.
