To load your selected route, click "load/save" at the bottom of the World Map and navigate to the relevant folder. The spawn location is set to the runway by default, so select your gate in the dropdown menu if you're looking to start cold and dark. Select your own Departure vectors and Arrival/ILS/VOR/RNAV.
