When you like to fly dangerously low at dark conditions, like SAR or spec ops missions, you need something to help you see in the dark. Glad Feint made a wonderful NVG Preset for MSFS for this situation. But if you're loving dangerous things like me, a full screen NVG feels unrealistic and too helpful for your taste. That's where this mod will take it into another level. This preset will give you a realistic ~40 degrees Field of View (depending on your screen, settings, etc) with working peripheral vision so you can still see instruments, and not a simple black mask.

This mod will give you one preset for now, but you can play around with it and suit it to your personal preferences:

As a pre-requisite, you MUST install Feint's NVG Preset here: flightsim.to/file/14860/night-vision-goggles

Instructions on how to install ReShade and everything else about it is available inside Feint's Readme file. My readme file only covers on how to add this mod over the default preset. If you have any problem don't hesitate to contact me. Thank you!

This addon uses ReShade. Instructions are in the read me file included with the download. Steam users are golden. Unfortunately, if you have the Windows Store version of MSFS, this will not work.  A VR version of ReShade is being developed, but so far, that also does not work with MSFS.
